Me ha parecido un buen nombre para el tema. En mi opinión, son partes indispensables en la vida.

Os cuento un poquito...
Cada dos sábados, incluyendo el primero del mes, publicaré una selección de vídeo y música de diferentes clases, l@s cuales podréis votar más abajo.
De l@s que más votos reciban, publicaré un especial de sus mejores vídeos/canciones.

Además es una buena forma para ir cogiendo ritmo para el fin de semana!!

I thought it was a good name for it. In my opinion, they are essential parts in life.

I tell you a little...
Every two Saturdays, including the first of the month, I will publish a selection of video and music of different kinds, which can vote below.
Those who receive the most votes, I will publish a special best videos / songs post.

It is also a good way to go gathering pace for the weekend!
